Once your property is ready and we’ve found a tenant, we’ll prepare the tenancy documents and set up standing orders for regular monthly payments. We’ll make sure the deposit and first month’s rent have cleared before your tenant moves in. We’ll inspect the property regularly to ensure it’s kept to a high standard and report our findings to you in our electronic monthly management report, emailed to you wherever you are in the world. We’ll advise on maintenance issues and with your authorisation we’ll action prompt repairs. At Colinton Lettings, we look after your home as if it was our own.
